Join Expressive Arts Therapist, Creative Coach, and Filmmaker Adriana Marchione for a unique opportunity to delve into the intersection of artistic expression and somatic movement. Through visual art, creative writing, improvisational movement, and simple somatic tools to calm the nervous system, these classes offer a wealth of resources to support your well-being. Adriana creates a welcoming space for introspection, play, and meaningful connection, helping you strengthen your creative capacity and your vitality.
We'll cover:
- Week One: Creative Listening: Step away from daily distractions and take time to reflect inward.
- Week Two: Creative Healing: Channeling life stories and difficult emotions into creative fuel.
- Week Three: Creative Visioning: Using art processes to access imagination and dreams for the future.
- Week Four: Creative Awakening: Becoming more embodied and enlivened by finding a ‘healthy high’ through creativity.
Artists and creatives of all types are encouraged to attend. However, no art experience required.

Adriana Marchione MA, REAT, RSMT has been involved in the arts for over thirty years as an award-winning filmmaker, dancer, photographer and is internationally recognized in her work as a movement-based expressive arts therapist and educator. Since 2002, Adriana has mentored thousands of students as faculty member of the renowned Tamalpa Institute, WHEAT Institute in Canada, and through her thriving business ‘Art Cures’ where she works with clients and teaches courses. She has presented her creative healing approach with a focus on addiction and grief recovery at conferences, festivals, and treatment centers including South by Southwest, Reimagine, and the Light House Studio. Adriana’s films include When the Fall Comes and the award-winning documentary The Creative High.
