Adriana coached me to use movement and imagination to drop down into my body for visceral non-verbal expression. With these embodied states, I transitioned from loud inner critics to creative freedom and plans of action.
- Kenny Yun, Solo Theatre Director, Writer, & Performer
Adriana has a gentleness about opening us up to ways of self-nurturing through art and movement. She provides us with skills that we may be present with ease, and find aliveness again. Her caring guidance allows for the profound release of whatever needs to be surrendered.
– Risa Tapales, Recovery Coach, Visual Artist
Adriana creates a special safe space that allowed me to drop into my truth and ground as an artist with a unique voice. I felt held and nurtured by the life/art process in the group and individually, and to see, trust, and value my own artistic process.
